What are the delivery times?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed over the weekend are processed at the beginning of the following week. They are then picked up by the selected carrier, with a delivery time of 4 to 5 days (starting from the day the carrier picks up the package, the day after it is dropped off).

When your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. For your convenience, we recommend that you provide your phone number to facilitate delivery. No signature required.

What are the shipping costs?

In mainland France, shipping is free for all orders of €300 or more.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order to us. The product must be returned to us in its entirety and in its original packaging via Colissimo to the following address: Rua de Vera Cruz nº13 3º andar AP 39, 2780-306 Oeiras, Portugal. Please include our email address on the label: hello@alfamachic.com

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is defective. Only unused products in perfect condition will be refunded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide a return label.
