This mould-pressed glass globe was discovered one sunny morning at a flea market in the Alfama district — Lisbon’s oldest neighbourhood. Resting between two forgotten objects, it was waiting — its tall stylised palm leaves and diamond point frieze bearing witness to a time when everyday objects were crafted with care and poetry.
Back in our Lisbon workshop, we mounted it onto a ceiling rose and ornate antique gold brass claw mount, and dressed it in a silver twisted cord. And so the Louise pendant light was born — delicate and luminous, whose foliage patterns only fully reveal themselves in the light.
The Louise pendant light fixes to the ceiling via its brass ceiling rose and 90 cm cord. When lit, its stylised palm leaves are revealed by transparency and diffuse a soft, natural light. Install it alone above a bedside table or multiply it in a row for a botanical and poetic effect. Need a different length? 9 options are available on request.

Technical information
The Louise vintage pendant light is compatible with E27 LED bulbs (included). We recommend a warm white bulb (2,700–3,000 K) for a cosy, intimate ambiance.
Fix the ceiling rose to your electrical box and feed the cable through. Adjust the cable length to your desired height (customisable on request), then screw in your E27 bulb. Always switch off the power at the breaker before installation — a qualified electrician is recommended.

This lamp pairs a mould-pressed glass globe with stylised foliage motifs with a brushed brass fitting. Entirely handmade in Lisbon from artisan glass and solid brushed brass.
Wipe the glass with a slightly damp cloth. Polish the brushed brass base or fitting with a soft dry cloth — avoid abrasive or chemical products that could alter its patina.
