This transparent cut glass globe caught our eye at a Lisbon car boot sale. Its deep, open diamond facets, cut with remarkable precision, reflect the glassmaking expertise of the 1960s and 70s — a time when cut glass adorned the finest interiors, from grand hotels to bourgeois apartments.
Back in our Lisbon workshop, we mounted it onto a ceiling rose and gold brass socket, clean and elegant. And so the Marie pendant light was born — a decorative piece with a strong personality, that adds rhythm without ever overwhelming the space.
The Marie pendant light fixes to the ceiling via its brass ceiling rose and 90 cm cord. When lit, its diamond facets project subtle reflections onto surrounding walls — a unique lighting effect that cannot be replicated.
